Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your NeatWrap. If you're not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving it.

How to start a return

Email us at nextreads.pro@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Conditions

• The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
